The Philippine Madonna Series II are artworks done in the new art form known as Digital Imaging. Like the Philippine Madonna Series I, a series done in painting, these artworks consist simply of images of the ageless Madonna and Child icon transposed into the Philippine setting.
A continuing series, the images here also include decorative and religious elements used tduring the Renaissance and Baroque periods. These were merely intended to add a religious aura to the artworks. But the main intention is to showcase the beauty and variations found in the mother and child motif as viewed in the Philippine setting.
